In the final paper, you will integrate what have learned in the class and as you have completed the stress journals. The final paper should be about 10 double-spaced pages long. In the first 5 pages, you will discuss how the stress response works and the physiological effects of stress on the body.

The second 5 pages you will discuss 3 specific stress management strategies discussing how they impact physiology and how they are implemented in everyday life. In this section, your will incorporate material from your stress management journal describing how the stress management activities that your practiced impacted you both physiologically and psychologically. You will also discuss your stress management course and what you think went well and what needs improvement.
