______Business Information Systems (BIS) is the use of technology and information to support the needs and objectives of a business. BIS encompasses a range of tools and applications that are used to manage and analyze data, automate business processes, support decision-making, and facilitate communication and collaboration both within and outside of the organization. BIS includes components such as hardware, software, data, networks, and people, and is used across a variety of industries to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer service, and gain strategic advantages. Successful BIS implementation requires a deep understanding of business processes, effective communication, and strong project management skills.
