• Responsiveness: We commit to responding to all support queries within 2 hours during business hours and within a reasonable time outside of them.

2. Writer Standards and Obligations

All writers working with EssayBishops are bound by a professional code that includes:

• Academic integrity: All work must be original, researched, and cited correctly. Plagiarism, content recycling, and AI-generated work are grounds for immediate termination.
• Accuracy: Writers must represent their qualifications, subject expertise, and experience honestly at all times.
• Confidentiality: Writers must not disclose client order details, personal information, or any data encountered during work to any third party.
• Professionalism: Writers interact with clients and support staff with courtesy and professionalism at all times.
• Deadline adherence: Writers commit to completing and delivering orders before the agreed deadline. Failing to do so without advance notice is a disciplinary matter.
• Quality standards: All submissions must pass our QA process — including originality checks, formatting review, and content quality assessment — before delivery.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and honest order instructions
• Use delivered content ethically and in accordance with our Terms of Use
• Communicate respectfully with writers and support staff
• Not misrepresent academic qualifications when placing orders for credential-related work
• Not attempt to use our platform for illegal, harmful, or defamatory purposes

4. Prohibited Content

EssayBishops does not produce and actively refuses orders for:

• Content that promotes or enables violence, terrorism, or harm to any person or group
• Content that is racist, sexist, homophobic, or discriminatory in any form
• Content intended to facilitate fraud, identity theft, or other illegal acts
• Detailed instructions for producing dangerous substances or weapons
• Content involving the sexualisation or exploitation of minors under any circumstances
• Credential fraud (e.g. fake CVs, forged academic certificates)

5. Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience a violation of this Code of Conduct — by a writer, a client, or a member of our team — please report it immediately:

All reports are treated confidentially. Substantiated violations result in account suspension or termination. We do not tolerate retaliation against those who report violations in good faith.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this Code of Conduct by writers result in:

1. Formal warning and performance improvement plan
2. Temporary suspension pending investigation
3. Permanent termination and blacklisting from the platform

Violations by clients may result in account suspension, order cancellation without refund, or legal action where applicable.

7. Review and Updates

This Code of Conduct is reviewed annually and updated to reflect changes in our operations, applicable law, and evolving professional standards. The current version is always published on this page with the effective date.
