Q1. What information regarding workplace support services should Arnold find in the community health centre’s WHS policies?

Arnold should find information on what support services are available to workers within the community health centre in the WHS policies. This information should cover the different types of support services available to workers, such as counselling services, employee assistance programs, or other external services. It should also outline the process for accessing these services, who to contact, and what types of issues or concerns are covered under these support services. Additionally, the policies should provide information on the rights and responsibilities of workers and employers in accessing and providing these support services.

Some of the specific information Arnold should look for in the WHS policies include:

Types of support services available to workers
How to access the support services
Who to contact for support
Workers’ rights and responsibilities in accessing support services
Employer responsibilities in providing support services.
Overall, the policies should provide clear guidance on the availability and access to support services in the workplace.
