Weekly Reflection Discovery: This is a one to two-page paper demonstrating critical reflections and discussion of what was learned at clinical. The items that need to be included in the paper are: 1. Events: The important events that happened during clinical. Keep this content brief; one paragraph only or you may use single spaced bullet points. 2. Emotions: What emotions were attached to the events of the day? Both from the student perspective and what you witnessed from the patient. 3. Evidence based knowledge: Write 4-5 sentences about what you learned from the reading. Identify a medical diagnosis or treatment the patient received.
