In this reflection, I will discuss key elements that influence the success of a clinical team based on the work of Saunders (2014). These factors include effective communication, interprofessional collaboration, leadership, shared goals, and continuous learning.
One of the fundamental aspects of an effective clinical team is clear and open communication. Communication breakdowns can result in medical errors, delayed interventions, and compromised patient safety.
